Terms of Use

1. Service description

Fitler is a tool for personal trainers to work with clients — creating and assigning training and nutrition programs, tracking progress and communicating. The trainer pays a subscription, and clients use the app for free at their trainer's invitation.

2. Account and roles

Using the service requires an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. There are two roles — trainer and client — with different permissions. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Subscription and billing

Plans and prices are listed on the site. Billing is handled by an external payment processor (Paddle) as merchant of record. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In the current version of the service, payments may be temporarily disabled, which you will be notified about in the app.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or contrary to these terms;
• post content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes third-party rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems, or interfere with the service;
• misuse other users' data you come across through the service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter (programs, nutrition, notes, photos). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you and the connected trainer/client. You are responsible for the content you post. Trainers are responsible for the expertise and content of the programs they assign to their clients.

6. Health disclaimer

Fitler is a tool for organizing the work of trainers and clients and does not constitute medical advice. Content in the app does not replace consultation with a doctor or other professional. Before starting a training or nutrition program, consult a professional, especially if you have health issues.

7. Intellectual property

Fitler, its name, logo and software are our intellectual property and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any rights over our brand or software to you, other than the right to use the service in accordance with the terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (in the app, Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or endangers other users or the service.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including damage arising from applying a training or nutrition program. The relationship and arrangement between trainer and client are their own responsibility.

10. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are subject to the courts with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in Serbia, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
